Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
United States:
- Standard shipping: $6.99 — estimated delivery 7–15 business days, with tracking.
- FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $69.
International:
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery 10–20 business days (varies by destination).
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show updates after shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office if you have questions.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will do our best to help track your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows your package delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
- For lost packages (tracking shows no delivery after a reasonable time), contact us and we will file a claim and either reship or refund.
